My thoughts on After the Pass by Savannah Adams

After the Pass is book 2 of Savannah Adams Inman Brothers’ four-book series. Each book in the series is a stand-alone story with interconnected characters, meaning they can be read in any order. This clean sports romance story is sweet and touching, Savannah has a writing style that flows easily off the page.

Clark and Makayla are likable characters. Their story is believable, honest, and touching. Follow them through their budding romance, misunderstandings that derail their relationship, and their ultimate happy ever after.

We get a look at the life of a female sports reporter, with all the ups and downs that entails. The story also highlights the pressure on a high-level sports star. It’s nice to know from the start that life will eventually work out for Clark and Makayla.

I’m looking forward to the next book in this series. It’s fun escapism at its finest!
