I love recipes that can be made in a variety of ways. This Chicken Salsa recipe from Teacher Turned Mommy can be made on the stovetop, Instant Pot, or a slow cooker. It’s a great way to use up leftovers as well as incorporate some veggies into your diet. Wouldn’t this chicken salsa be great with fresh garden vegetables! I may have to experiment even more to make it suit my family.
