My thoughts on Emily Was So Embarrassed
Emily has a big secret… and she’s tied in knots about it! (Ribbon knots!)
Emily loves dancing with her ribbon but is way too nervous to dance in front of anyone. When her best friend Becky convinces her to perform in the talent show, she faces her fears for her friend. When she makes a mistake, will she crawl back into her shell or bravely continue?
We can all learn a lesson or two from Emily, whether it relates to self-confidence, stage fright, or bravery. Olson always gets to the heart of the situation while keeping it fun by using items from the craft box.
I love Michelle Olson’s button series. They are beautiful and such great fun for kids and adults. Each book is better than the previous one. You don’t want to miss this unique book by a very talented author.
I purchased a digital copy of the book from Amazon.
