AXION: The Memory Rights Uprising by David Shulman
I have more scheduled for next week, so please check back often.

Charlotte Whitney let me know about a just-published anthology featuring 14 authors (she’s one )who describe their passage to becoming an author. Everyone is so different. A woman who had a long-time relationship with Jerry Seinfeld. A woman from Sri Lanka who kept moving around around the world. A stockbroker. The list goes on and on.
If you need a light in the dark to become a published author, this indispensable book, Journeys to Authorship serves as your directional beacon in the fog of the publishing world. Fourteen established authors will take you on an enlightening expedition as they reveal personal odysseys to attain their individual wordsmithing dreams.
- Videan, Ann Narcisian (Author)
- English (Publication Language)
- 174 Pages - 03/27/2024 (Publication Date) - Independently published (Publisher)

Last week’s Friday Finds featured turning kitchen gadgets into planters. I wanted to share this beautiful kit for small loom weaving towels this week.
Soft, faded kitchen linens take us right back to milk and cookies at our grandmother’s table. Woven loosely, these warp-dominant towels have an antique look and feel right off the loom. They make lovely hand towels and are also great for wrapping bread or your favorite baked goods.
Weekly Friday Finds | 05-03-2024 | Trivia Time
This week’s trivia question is:
Which spice is derived from the crocus flower?
Leave your answer in the comments. If you are also a newsletter subscriber, you’ll get double entries. The next drawing will be held in mid-May!
The answer to last week’s question:
What book holds the record for being the most stolen book from public libraries? The Guinness Book of World Records, with the Bible coming in close behind. Seriously? People steal the Bible!

Baldacci is always exciting! Crocus flower? Is it saffron? Sorry, not too sure and I don’t think I want to Googlecheat. LOL
