Greetings from snowy Wisconsin, where I’m celebrating my youngest grandson’s birthday and staying through Thanksgiving! To my friends in the USA, have a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and delicious food. To everyone else, wishing you a cozy and joyful weekend ahead.

First off, this week, I’m asking for your help. My Great-grandma made the best Thanksgiving dessert: Spanish Cream Pie. Unfortunately, the recipe was incorrectly passed down. I have been searching for a comparable recipe without much success for years. Have you had Spanish Cream Pie? Do you have a recipe you could share with me?
