Friday Finds | 4 March 2022 | Books, Blogs, Keto Recipes, & Candles
Hello & welcome to today’s edition of the Friday Finds!
March 3 was World Book Day. Did you do anything to celebrate? Twinkl, a leading UK & USA resource site for teachers and parents, puts out a list of books to consider reading for World Book Day. They featured my review of Scoochie & Skiddles: Fun at Gramma’s on their TRB list. I am super proud of that review so I was pleased for author Tom Tracy & myself to land a spot on their World Book Day list. I have a review of Book 2 in the Scoochie & Skiddles series coming up later this month.
Mim Eichmann won the email newsletter contest last week. She’ll be the featured author in my BookShop this week and you’ll find a link to her blog on my sidebar. Please show her some love. Make sure you are signed up on the “Friday Finds” email list for your chance to be rewarded. (The winner is currently chosen by a random number generator from newsletter subscribers who interact with the newsletter and/or post.)

Thank you so much and take care!
Thanks for asking, Jessica. Everything is okay here, just had an unexpected issue that took away my writing time away yesterday. I will be happy to mention your news in next week’s newsletter. I love sharing everyone’s news!
Thank you so much! Have a great weekend!
Since you have managed to delight me every week with your lovely blog, and you’ve also managed to read and review two of my four books, I’d have to admit, I’d enjoy being featured. There’s an amazing anthology about community, coming out soon and it has one of my poems in it, so it will be something new and exciting to talk about. 🙂
Gina – thank you! Hope all’s ok ~ mim
You are most welcome, Mim. I’ll be getting your website up on the sidebar later today and moving you to the BookShop’s featured author page. Thanks for being a loyal reader. Ps. All is good now. My day just took an unexpected turn yesterday and I had to either cut short the newsletter or delay it.
Wow, RED looks interesting! Thank you for supporting authors.
Thanks for stopping by Mark. I appreciate it. RED is indeed a very interesting tale. I also love when the next books in a series are already published. No waiting!
