We’ll figure out what he wants for his prize and post it soon. If you aren’t on the email list, sign up on the sidebar or below any post. Assigned to special regions all over the globe, the team launches a two-week campaign to conquer war, anger, and hate. One slip-up and they could all end up in jail… and the keen Detective Vega, who seems to be on to them, is asking too many questions.
But can Linda and Eric’s love survive the distance, and will all the love in the world be enough to create peace on Earth?
Falling into Magic (Destiny Falls Mystery & Magic series, Book 1 of 2) by Elizabeth Pantley
When Hayden was a child, she lost her cat. Adults told her the cat ran away, but she knew the truth. The mirror had taken her.
She knew because the mirror had given her a glimpse of an alternate world and had nearly pulled her in, so she was certain the cat had suffered that fate.
Twenty years later Hayden discovers the secret of the mirror when she is thrust into it. She learns of a world she never knew existed, and a family she never knew she had.
But danger brought her here, and it followed her. Now, Hayden is on a mission to remove the threat, so that she can begin her magical, meaningful new life in this enchanted world.
Dural had it all: a loving wife, adorable daughter, and a successful practice as a psychologist – until fates conspired to take his daughter and wife from him. A near miss lightning strike left him with the ability to perceive a person’s bioelectromagnetic field – aura. This helped him handle his patients but did not fill a gaping hole left in his heart. A chance encounter and the possibility of new love gave him hope that tomorrow might be a better day.
An explosive novel that delves deeply into love, sorrow, and fulfillment.
Scout the Scooter Drives to School: A Fun Story About Kindness by H. Moore
What Challenges Await Scout the Scooter After He Enrolls in a Middle School?
Scout the Scooter stays in Motor Town. This is a town for advanced vehicles. Neighborhood Town is a place for people, and it’s next to Motor Town. Scout wants to go to the Neighborhood Town school because he spots kids having fun on the grounds. Although advanced vehicles aren’t allowed in Neighborhood Town, Scout has to find a way to go to school with the kids.
A sensor blocks the entry to Neighborhood Town, so Scout has to bypass it. After he gets to the school, he uses a smart tactic to enroll.
Although Neighborhood Town Middle School has nice kids, Brad isn’t a fan. When Scout gains popularity, Brad gets angry, so he tries his best to drive Scout out of the school.
The big race is a major event at the Neighborhood Town Middle. However, the racing team never wins. Scout has to deal with Brad and somewhat find a way to help the school win the race.
Learn what it takes to be kind with Scout in this fun book. Your child will understand why being kind is important when the story is over.

Friday Finds | November 6, 2020 – Recipes
What a nice recipe from TheRecipeRebel for fall that you can make in your Instant Pot or Slow-cooker. I put a lot of garden vegetables in the freezer during the summer. This is the time of year I love using them. There is nothing like a hint of the garden in your fall and winter meals. If you don’t have a freezer full of veggies, frozen, canned, or store-bought work just as well.
This Roasted Garlic Crusty Soup Bread from HungerThirstPlay.com would be delicious with the vegetable soup mentioned above or just about any cool evening.
Friday Finds | November 6, 2020 – Creative Projects
In this unusual time that we are living in, people seem to be reaching for nostalgic crafts to give them some peace of mind and fun. There is almost nothing more nostalgic and iconic than potholder looms. Mine was red when I was young., the one I have now is green. I wish I knew what happened to that loom. I know I made potholders in all patterns for everyone in the neighborhood. You can still find those classic metal looms and loopers. Take a look at these fun looms if not to make something, at least for the memories.
Various looms and loopers are available on Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy.
Speaking of Etsy, my shop is open for the holidays. Please check it out HERE or click on the logo.
