Gina’s Slow-cooker Bourbon Bacon Pulled Pork

Do you love a good pulled pork sandwich? Gina’s Slow-cooker Bourbon Bacon Pulled Pork recipe is just what you are looking for. It’s simple, easy and delicious. You might want to prepare this recipe using different methods. You can slow cook it all day in the Crock Pot, fast cook it in the Instant Pot, or even slow roast it in the oven or on a grill.

Perhaps you will want to go for the pretty presentation. If that’s the case, you will want to decorate the top will whole bacon slices and leave some larger pieces of the brown sugar and bourbon glaze on the top. You will need to bake the pork uncovered in the oven for a while to get that golden color.

This is a very versatile recipe, which is something I think is the key to a great recipe experience. Every cook has their favorite way to cook and many times the same recipe prepared in a different way will suit your exact needs.

My Bourbon Bacon Pulled Pork can be served dry if that is how you prefer your pulled pork but I mix it back in with the juices. If you like a little more spice, add a bit of your favorite BBQ sauce.

In my family, a pulled pork sandwich is never complete without toasted buns, sliced cheese, and dill pickles!
