A Home for Sally by Stenetta Anthony

A Home for Sally by Stenetta Anthony is a children’s book with a message for people of all ages. Sally is a puppy born with only three paws. In this poignant story, we follow along as she spends time in an adoption shelter hoping to find her forever family.

The story subtly teaches about patience, perseverance, handicaps, and love. It’s never too early to start teaching children that different isn’t wrong. It’s what makes us unique.

My last review of the year

Beautiful Disaster (Inspire.Motivate.Love) by Natasha R. Robinson

The author opens her heart to the reader in an attempt to help others. Her words are true, brutal, and heart-wrenching. You can tell this writing process was cathartic.

There are triggers for suicide, self-harm, abuse, and more. If you are easily upset by these, please be careful if you choose to read this book.
