My Review of Nutsi Wants to Catch the Moon by Emma Paidge:

Nutsi Wants to Catch the Moon by Emma Paidge is a short, cute children’s book. Poor little Nutsi is afraid of the dark and goes on an adventure with his pal Lili to capture the moon to light his room at night.

The story would be wonderful to read with small children as there are many opportunities to discuss fears, decision making, and dangerous behavior. Yet, by itself it is a book sure to capture the hearts of young children with the wording, wonderful characters, and delightful illustrations. I like the fore and aft pages showing the phases of the moon. Very nice touch.

I recommend Nutsi Wants to Catch the Moon as a gift for young children and to anyone who regularly reads to little ones.
