This book continues the story of Amber and Missy as they develop their friendship and deal with the hidden illnesses affecting their lives. Since they are now in high school, there is a bit more drama and romance involved. There is nothing like boyfriends to add stress to a friendship. When you add in a mystery and more family issues, the girls are lucky to have each other.
