We are planning a family group vacation this summer. I highly recommend viewing summer vacation sites when it’s 10 degrees below zero! Gotta have something to look forward to! Cold days are also great for planning that spring garden.
The X sweater is continuing. It won’t be long now, so naturally, I picked up yarn to make another one (or three). It is my new favorite pattern to knit. Since I’m a bit tired of knitting in black, the next one will be made in the Mandala Ombre – Happy colorway. Just looking at the skein truly makes me happy!

Great to hear from you, Martha. I tried to be healthy on the recipes this week. Most are diabetic-friendly, keto, low carb, and/or paleo! I’m trying to include all the popular plans. Lol
