A chokecherry tree, a bear, beautiful pictures of Montana and a raw apricot cheesecake recipe make for a delightful read. raw apricot cheesecake chokecherry tree

What a lovely blog post. Kristin lives in Montana and manages to meld great stories, wonderful pictures, and delightful recipes all into her blog,  coffeeandwoodsmoke. This post not only shares her raw apricot cheesecake recipe, but also a story of a chokecherry loving bear. The author has a flair for words that puts you right in the Montana big sky country with her. I am sure this blog is going to become a favorite of mine.

Wouldn’t this cheesecake be a great way to finish off a fall meal of lasagna made from the last of the garden tomatoes.
