Welcome back my friends to Gina’s Friday Finds | April 24, 2020. I said that to myself as I typed and in popped an old Emerson, Lake & Palmer song, which is now stuck in my head. I guess I’m really telling my age with that one. It’s a rainy, cool day as I write this. With the current “Stay at Home” rules, I have absolutely no reason to be out in the weather. I can stay cozy at home, writing while in my sweats, and sipping coffee! Later I plan to curl up with a good book or twelve. I’m making the best of a bad situation.
Don’t miss out on the Friday Finds Friends email bonus. There are occasional sales, giveaways, recipes, etc that you don’t get in the general newsletter post! Sign up now at the bottom or side of this post!

Uber Tax Haven: Tax haven for the masses by Just for Fin
An end to the discrimination
Why should you continue to pay taxes, when the rich and the powerful do not? This is clearly unjust and blatant discrimination, that leads to the masses having to pay extra taxes to subsidize the rich who don’t pay their fair share.
Tax havens are wonderful places that allow you to avoid paying taxes on your income or wealth. Not having to pay taxes is a wonderful feeling! Why should this remain the sole privilege of the rich and the powerful?
Uber Tax Haven MNC presents an unconventional, yet practical and implementable, plan to help address this issue once and for all.

Sexy Shoes: A Quick Baseball short story by Jeff Stanger
Quick is back for another hilarious adventure and on the trail of the shoes that Shoeless Joe Jackson didn’t wear on the day he got his nickname. He’s at the 100th Anniversary Auction for the 1919 White Sox and he’s been threatened, bribed, and propositioned all for the same pair of shoes. Are these the ones? Will Quick give in to fear, greed, or lust and let them slip through his hands yet again?
About Quick Mysteries
Quick mysteries are a series of novels and short stories centered around the funny adventures of a high-end sports artifacts and memorabilia dealer. Who knew the underbelly of sports auctions would be filled with fraud, murder, and deceit? You don’t have to be a fan of baseball or sports to love these stories.
Unscrupulous: A Western Romance and Adventure Novel by Morgan Lee Wylie
A raw and gritty tale of redemption, second chances, and forbidden love.
Gunfighter Josiah Wyland is tired of meeting his reputation in every town, of seeing his daddy’s blue eyes glaring back at him from the mirror, of knowing he’ll never be loved.
Seven years ago, he was just a boy, smitten with a girl, wishing for a life like everyone else’s. That was before he shot and killed a man, before he rode with a gang of Arizona Territory’s most indiscriminate villains, and before he ended up in Yuma Prison.
Now Josiah is a bounty hunter, trying to avoid his father’s fate, still looking for a way to prove himself a better man. He gets his chance when Sheriff Rook Kelly sends Josiah to rescue his wayward bride.

Thank you for the good book recommendations, Gina. My stack of books is getting low and one of my biggest fears is running out of things to read!
It’s never good to let your TBR list get too low!
