My thoughts on Marvellous Macey: The Delightful Days by Caitlin Bangsund | Review

Sweet Macey has the ability to make everyone’s days delightful.

Even though she struggles with many of the harder things in life, she excels at seeing the good in everyone and every day. Her acts of kindness touch so many lives. She brings joy to the world.

Everyone should read this story, not just children. We all need a reminder of what kindness, inclusiveness, and simple joy feels like. Can smiling and waving to everyone you meet truly brighten your life. Macey believes so. Won’t you give her way a try and see how you feel. And it’s worth remembering, you never know what someone else is going through. What if your friendly face is just what it takes to turn a person’s day or life around.

I highly recommend Marvellous Macey: The Delightful Day to readers of all ages. This important story should be in every home, library, daycare, and school.

    • Thanks Carla. It’s a “delightful” story. The backstory of childhood cancer and disability is amazing too.
