Messy hair comes in all different styles, colours, shapes, and sizes.
I know I’m not the only one whose hair gets messy. I see it happen to my mommy, my dad, my sister, my cousins, and my friends.

A must-read for all children (and adults)!
The mother-daughter team of Kiana and Arya Holder wrote an empowering tale of self-acceptance.
In 20+ short pages, they sum up what it’s like to have curly hair and keep it under control. The book’s deeper meaning is that all types of hair, curly, straight, frizzy, different colors, etc., are acceptable and beautiful.
This delightful story is relatable to all children as they struggle with self-confidence. It makes a great jumping-off point leading to many important discussions.
I received a copy of the book for the tour. This review is my honest, unbiased opinion.
