My thoughts on Stalking Gideon Cain by Kerry Alan Denney

I hesitated a bit before accepting this book for review. It seemed to be far out of my comfort zone. However, I’m glad I agreed to read the book.

Yes, it made me uneasy at times but the story is immersive. The mystery and suspense are riveting which kept me reading long into the night.

For such an intense psychological thriller, I found myself chuckling at the humor interspersed throughout the story. I’m also a sucker for a good dog character and Pepper stole my heart from the opening pages.

I became caught up in the storyline and was continually trying to figure out what was real and what was in the protagonist’s mind.

The dialogue is well-written and the plot twists kept me on my toes trying to figure this one out.

I recommend this book to all lovers of thrillers and psychological suspense novels. Stepping out of my comfort zone resulted in an enjoyable experience with this fast-paced, unique story.
