While The Origins is the final book in The Olason Chronicles, it is exactly what the title proclaims. It's the magnificent tale of the Icelandic origins of the Olason family. Margret and Einar endure hardship and joy in their struggle to raise a family in volcanic and earthquake-prone Eastern Iceland. This story of strength and perseverance sets the tone for the rest of the series, so can easily be read as a standalone.
I enjoyed reviewing the novella Dark Waves by Amanda Uhl, a companion book to the Mind Hackers series. It reads well as a standalone. An intriguing Paranormal Romance involving mind reading & manipulation. I can't wait to read more books in this series. @GoddessFish @AuAuthor
