Riverdale meets Stephen King in the terrifying new thriller from the author of Harrow Lake.
The town of Burden Falls drips with superstition, from rumors of its cursed waterfall to Dead-Eyed Sadie, the disturbing specter who haunts it. Ava Thorn grew up right beside the falls, and since a horrific accident killed her parents a year ago, she's been plagued by nightmares in which Sadie comes calling—nightmares so chilling, Ava feels as if she’ll never wake up.But when someone close to Ava is brutally murdered and she’s the primary suspect, she begins to wonder if the stories might be more than legends—and if the ghost haunting her dreams might be terrifyingly real. Whatever secrets Burden Falls is hiding, there's a killer on the loose . . . with a vendetta against the Thorns.

My thoughts on Wicked Little Deeds/Burden FAlls
No matter which cover you get, the same fantastic mystery is contained inside. I enjoyed this fabulous tale by Kat Ellis from start to finish!
The book is described as Riverdale meets Stephen King. I would agree! The story is riveting, creepy, mysterious, and so good I couldn’t put it down.
Ava Thorn is a protagonist you can root for while acknowledging her issues and faults. Every other character in the book spent time on my suspect list and there were a lot of suspects!
I am pretty soft-hearted these days and the gruesomeness of the murders got to me a bit. But, I wouldn’t have missed reading this murder mystery.
I suggest you pick up a copy of Wicked Little Deeds, settle in on a dark evening, and read it straight through. It’s a murder mystery you will talk about for days.
Don’t forget to close the curtains before you start reading!!
I received a copy of the book for the tour. This review is my honest, unbiased opinion.
