Friday Finds ~ November 11, 2022 ~ Indie Author News ~ Book Review Roundup ~ Recipes ~Crafts

Hello, my friends & welcome to the November 11, 2022 Friday finds! If you are celebrating, Happy Veteran’s Day! I’ve been a reading, reviewing, and blogging fiend this week. I plan to take two weeks off soon and go to my happy place, the beach! Since I already have commitments through the end of the year, I’m trying desperately to work ahead, so I have nothing to do on vacation except relax and read, preferably with a drink in my hand!

Tell me, where is your “happy place,” and what are your favorite activities?

I have one more Friday Finds to write before I leave. There may not be a post on November 25th, but I’ll let you know for sure as it gets closer. The day after Thanksgiving/Black Friday is practically a holiday for most of my readers. Do you participate in the annual hoopla of Black Friday, Small-Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday? I never venture into the stores, but I shop like crazy online all weekend.

Let’s get right into the Finds!

Peace & Love,

Script Gina

Notes:  I’m including purchase images when possible. Every purchase made through my links helps to support this blog. Thank you in advance! Or if you like what you read here… coffee & book fund donations are always appreciated.

Friday Finds | November 11, 2022 | Author News

Do you have a new book releasing soon, a special promotion coming up, or any other news of your author life I can share with my readers?

In the reported book and author news this week…

It’s National Children’s Book Week. Children’s Book authors are always in need of reviews. It seems most people don’t think to leave reviews for books they read to little ones. So in honor of the week, won’t you leave a review on your favorite site for a children’s book today?

Jessica D. Adams, author of the Underground Toy Society series, will celebrate all week on her social media and YouTube channel. She & her partners have also created an Amazon List with all the FREE ebooks for the World Kindness Day celebration, November 12 & 13.

D.H. Schleicher is excited to announce the upcoming release (in early 2023) of a new collection of short stories! WHEN WE COME BACK arrives on the heels of its thematic predecessor, And Then We Vanish and will explore both recent history and visions of the future through literary and speculative fiction.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
N.S. Ford is my newest featured author. I’m so intrigued by her books. I plan to read and review We Watch You very soon. It’s been on my TBR for far too long. Please welcome N.S. to the website (on the sidebar & in this post) by checking out her books and visiting her website.
Would you like to be featured as my Author/Blogger of the Week? Please drop me a comment below to let me know. That’s all it takes!
No special meal was served at my Aunt Betty’s house without her famous Creamed Peas. I can’t choke down canned peas, but give me frozen peas with butter or cream sauce, and I’m a happy girl.
