Audley Enough follows Audley's journey through "The Matrix," specifically his mental health. The book describes his adventures into his mania and depression that occurred during the peak employment years of his life, from 27 to 38 years old.
It takes one through the spiritual essence of his being and gives one steps to travel through mania and depression. After reading his book, one comes out stronger with multiple coping tools.
The book is about Audley refusing to let his bipolar diagnosis define him nor stop him from leading a mentally healthy and productive life.

ENTER Bell Canada.
Once again, a member of the Atwater Club, Frank Kollmar, played a meaningful role in Audley’s quest. (I think of these supporters as ‘Audley’s Angels’.) He mentioned he was meeting with people from Bell Canada and wanted to give them a copy of Audley Enough. Audley happily autographed a book for him and thought nothing more of it.
The result? Several days later he was participating in a meet and greet conference call with other Friends of the Bell Let’s Talk campaign. Thirty-seven people from across Canada. Audley was awestruck when Clara Hughes joined the call. This was definitely the Big Leagues! The only athlete in history to win multiple medals at both the summer and winter Olympic Games. An elite athlete who courageously speaks out about her struggle with depression.
Bell Canada was looking to broaden the scope of its spokespeople and following the conference call, they were all flown to Montreal to meet each other and learn about their participation in this exceptional campaign. Clara Hughes was there in person to continue offering her support and Audley had the good fortune to meet her. A wonderful role model!
Bell Canada’s Bell Let’s Talk campaign offered an incredible opportunity. To publicly promote a campaign that encourages Canadians to talk openly about mental health, and to engage in an initiative to combat the stigma around mental illness so that more people can access the help they need was completely in synch with Audley’s life goals. After meeting the others, he remembers that he felt numb, almost “frozen”. From knowing very little about Bell Let’s Talk to becoming a Friend of Bell Let’s Talk seemed, in his words, “so surreal”. And everything was happening at lightning speed. Serendipity? Nothing is for nothing.

On behalf of Audley Coley, I would like to express our gratitude for sharing this excerpt from his book on your website and for the fun giveaway. He hopes that readers will find inspiration and strength in his story. His recipe for soaring above bipolar disorder began with admitting there was a problem.
Audley’s mission is to make a difference by telling his story. He wants people to know they are not alone.
With gratitude,
