The cashew nut is one of my favorite nuts. Cooking Without Limits has an excellent post explaining all the benefits of cashews and why we need more of them in our diet. It’s always nice to find a favorite food that is good for you. I often assume if I like a particular food, it can’t be good for me. Do you do this too?
Moderation is the key.
Moderation is not one of my strong suits. I tend to overdo if I like something, whether it is food, crafts or a book.
Maybe this post will give you the permission you need to research and add more healthy foods to your diet.
